What we collect

When you submit the form on this website we collect the name, mobile number, business name and area of interest you enter, any details you add, and a record of the SMS consent you gave along with the date and time. If you book a call we also collect the appointment details. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

• To schedule calls and send confirmations and reminders
• To keep our own records of who we have spoken to and about what

Text messages and mobile information

We send text messages only to people who have checked the SMS consent box on this website’s form. Those messages are transactional: replies to your inquiry, scheduling questions, booking confirmations and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per inquiry. Every contact in our system reached us directly — through this website, by phone, by email or by referral. We do not buy, rent or use purchased or affiliate lead lists, and we never send messages to anyone who has not opted in on our own form.

Who we share information with

We use service providers to operate the business, including a CRM and messaging platform and an email provider. They process information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it
